Initial Consultation
We arrange an initial 'virtual' online consultation, or at your convenience, can visit to discuss ideas.
This initial meeting will be to understand your style and create your vision.
We are happy to comply to all Covid regulations, if requested.
Expert Measuring
Once you are ready to order, we send our expert fitter to measure up to ensure your design fits perfectly in your window.
You will then be provided with a quote for the items and will be asked for a 50% deposit to secure the order. Balance is due on completion.
Manufacture
Once your order is placed, your made to measure curtains and will be brought to life by our highly skilled team.
Working to the highest of standards, their craftsmanship shows in the finished items.
Installation
Once your design is ready to be installed, we arrange a convenient time for the installation.
Our process from order to installation is approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
